Engage: Using the Prophetic tradition to implement social support in society to encourage both Muslims and non-Muslims alike to challenge negative perceptions about Islam.
It is an Islamic teaching and from the Prophetic tradition to be socially active and positively contributing to society and the people in it such as the vulnerable and elderly. The Islamic Diversity Centre is very passionate about putting these teachings into practise and do this through their Social Initiatives.
Narrated `Aisha: Allah’s Messenger (ï·º) said, “Do good deeds properly, sincerely and moderately and know that your deeds will not make you enter Paradise, and that the most beloved deed to Allah is the most regular and constant even if it were little.”
